When I called Red D Transmission in Carmichael, I was having problems with the driveshaft on my Toyota Highlander. Wes, the owner of the shop, answered the telephone and was really friendly and helpful on the phone. So, I decided to bring my Toyota on Friday morning at about 7:30 am, and they had the problem diagnosed before lunch. After authorizing the work, they found a replacement driveshaft in Sacramento and fixed the problem. When I picked up my car at 5 pm, Red D Transmission had installed new u-joints, replaced the driveshaft, changed the transmission filter, and did a fluid change. Really a top-notch professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Red D Transmission to anyone needing work done on their vehicle!
