If you want to experience above and beyond service at a local transmission shop, look no further than Wes and the team at Red D Transmission in Carmichael. I needed a lot of work done on the transmission in my Buick Enclave. It was obvious how busy the shop was from looking at the parking lot at the shop, a sign of a well-run shop for sure. My needs were met with a real "we will get it done" attitude, and when anything unexpected arose during the service, I was contacted immediately. Overall great communication and truly friendly customer service. In the end, I was so pleased with the job Red D Transmission did when servicing my vehicle. I will most definitely recommend this shop and will be a customer for many years, and vehicles, to come!
